Ivory Coast
Fr. Alejandro Páez, LC, is originally from Monterrey, N.L., and arrived in Ivory Coast as a result of a series of circumstances that may seem very simple, but are undoubtedly guided by the hand of God.
It all began with the initiative of a consecrated woman of Regnum Christi who, toward the end of 2016, organized a group of young Mexican women to bring the missions to Ivory Coast, a country that was not unfamiliar to Regnum Christi at that time.

Equatorial Guinea
Fr. Miguel Segura, L.C., has been doing missions during Holy Week in Equatorial Guinea for several years. This year, he was accompanied by 10 young missionaries. It is a six-hour flight from Spain, followed by another journey to enter the jungle in the mission territories, where the priest visits some places, at most, once a year.
Haiti
Fr. Jacob Dumont, LC, shared some of his experiences from the Holy Week evangelization mission in Haiti.”During this year’s Holy Week, I had the opportunity to return to Haiti for the second time in Port-au-Prince. I went with 20 other missionaries, many of them from Louisiana, where I currently carry out my pastoral work. These missions are organized by Youth Missionary, one of Regnum Christi’s apostolates serving the most needy.”

Paraguay
After living 15 years in Spain, Karina, of Venezuelan nationality, arrived in Paraguay with her family in 2022. Since then, she has carried out tireless work to initiate Regnum Christi in Asunción, a mission entrusted to them by Fr. Mario López LC. In 2023, the first steps of RC in Paraguay began to take shape, with five people joining and the formation of the first teams, one for women and another for young adults. Between this month and May, a team for married couples will begin.
Peru
The members of Regnum Christi in Lima, Peru, had a few days full of apostolic and spiritual dynamism with the visit of Fathers Carlos Gutiérrez and Fintan Kelly, LC, who supported and accompanied various activities. Among them was a triduum of renewal, during which Mrs. Fernanda Gordilla was associated with Regnum Christi, and the celebration of Mass for the 20th anniversary of ANSPAC in Peru.

Hong Kong and China
Regnum Christi has been present in Hong Kong since November 2008, when the Legionary priests began visiting Hong Kong and mainland China. Over the years, they have led spiritual retreats on Sacred Scripture and the sacraments and have offered academic conferences on topics such as bioethics and business ethics. In 2013, Father Joseph joined other Legionary priests, Father Gonzalo Miranda, Father Alex Yeung, Father Michael Baggot, as well as the consecrated member of Regnum Christi, Alberto García, in an interreligious dialogue workshop organized by the UNESCO Chair of Bioethics and Human Rights at the Hong Kong Baptist University.
