From January 20 to 23, a gathering was held for legionaries who develop their priestly and legionary ministry as parish priests in various cities across Italy.
The meeting took place at the “S. Maria di Sezzano” spirituality center in Rignano sull’Arno (former novitiate), a facility managed by the Legion. The event was organized by Fathers Claudio García de Alvear and Carlos Blanco, LLCC.
The topics covered during the gathering included the parish as an evangelization platform; collaborative work in communion with Regnum Christi; cooperation among parish priests and sharing best practices; how to respond from the charism to the challenges of the specific parish entrusted to the Legion of Christ; and how to enrich the local Church with the presence of legionaries and members of the Catholic Church.
