On January 9th, Cardinal Fernando Vérgez, LC, received at the Vatican City Governatorate a group of brothers from the International College’s philosophy program.
During the meeting, Cardinal Vérgez shared with the brothers some moments of his life and his relationship with the Legion of Christ. The meeting lasted about two hours, during which there was time for questions. “He emphasized the importance of being available to live loving the Church in the concrete situations that arise in our mission. He greatly appreciated the presence of the Congregation in his life because it formed him in the fundamentals that sustain him to this day, and he shared with us the positive vision that the Curia has of us,” comments Brother Rodrigo Herrera, LC, one of the participants in the meeting.
