The novices of Salamanca (Spain) have stepped out of their usual and necessary retreat to live and share with the minor seminarians of Valencia the immense joy that unites them. Accompanied by Fr. Juan Jaramillo, LC, and Fr. Enrique Tapia, LC, they enjoyed a few days in community, encouraging each other in their apostolic and evangelizing vocation. One of the brothers commented on these days: “Before we can be apostles, we must first be disciples.”
During this visit, they also wanted to give their testimony to the students of Cumbres School Valencia, sharing their daily life on this path of discernment of their religious and priestly vocation. Discernment that begins in faith, where they recognize that God is the source of their vocation and include Him in the decision-making process through prayer.
