The 21st of November, a group of humanists from the Center Cheshire Novitiate and Humanities Center participated in the distribution of turkeys and various foods to more than 1500 people in need. During the activity, organized by the St. Peter’s Parish in New York, priests, students, members of the local police, and various volunteers also participated.
A few days later, on November 26th, another group of brothers from the same center participated in the Nightfever apostolate held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York. During this event, various volunteers invited people they encountered on the street to bring a candle inside the cathedral and to pray for a moment. Some priests were available for confession.
