Weeks ago, the 2019 National Directors Seminar was held in Santiago de Querétaro, with over 110 attendees and more than 20 organizers from the Central Office of the Semper Altius School Network, including directors, deputy directors, and staff from schools in Mexico and El Salvador.
The seminar activities focused on sharing successful practices from the schools and a keynote lecture with John Couch, former Vice President of Apple and education expert.
For two days, participants worked in various workshops on different topics useful for their respective areas of work. Some of these workshops were:
- Five leadership actions to boost promotion teams, presented by David Sahagún (director of the Instituto Andes Culiacán) and Raúl Rodríguez Espinosa (regional marketing consultant of the Central Office of the Semper Altius School Network).
- Pre-university differentiators Prepa Anáhuac, presented by Yolanda Cárdenas (director of the Prepa Anáhuac Monterrey campus San Agustín), Patricia Rodríguez (director of the Prepa Anáhuac Mexico campus Oxford) and Luly Clariond (national director of the Red de Colegios Semper Altius).
- Managing school crises in the social media world, with speaker P. Benjamín Clariond, LC. (director of the Instituto Cumbres Alpes Querétaro).
At the end of the Seminar, for the first time, recognitions were awarded to the schools, acknowledging their efforts during the past school year, based on the results of the 2017-2018 Parent Satisfaction Surveys.
