In his message through the World Wide Prayer Network, Pope Francis entrusts himself to the prayers of the faithful in order to fulfill his mission. The Legionaries of Christ join in this intention.
In the video, Francis indicates that “by the very fact of being Pope, one does not lose one’s humanity. On the contrary, my humanity grows each day with the holy faithful people of God.” Additionally, he states that “being Pope is also a process. One becomes aware of what it means to be a shepherd. And in this process, one learns to be more charitable, more merciful, and above all, more patient, just like our Father God, who is so patient.”
We share the video where, besides asking the faithful to accompany him with prayer, there are well-known moments, such as the first moments after his election, others that are unprecedented, all of them in an emotional and simple language.
Faithful to our charism as part of the Church, we join in prayer to entrust Our Lord Jesus Christ with the life and intentions of the Holy Father.
