The 2024-3 issue of the journal Ecclesia has been published, from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum, an ecclesiastical institution of university studies promoted by the Legion of Christ.
The Ecclesia journal is a Catholic culture magazine. The publication aims to be a point of contact between the Catholic world and those shaping current culture. It is part of the evangelizing mission of the Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ and Regnum Christi. It was founded in 1987 and, since 2001, has been published under the auspices of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. Currently, the editorial director is Fr. Fernando Pascual, L.C., from the faculty community of the International College of the Legionaries of Christ.
In this new issue, topics include eschatology, theological anthropology, globalization, and hagiography, in addition to the usual bibliographic reviews. Some of the themes are The foundation of human dignity, Globalization and waste: major imbalances and socio-economic and environmental challenges in the pursuit of peace, The eschatological perspective of Saint Julian of Toledo in an attempt to compare with Joseph Ratzinger, among others, are part of this edition.
